Information You Provide

The enquiry form asks for your name, company, phone number, email address, requirement category, and a message. Please do not send confidential, financial, identity-document, or sensitive personal information through the form.

Why It Is Used

Malabar uses the information to review your requirement, contact you, prepare or discuss a scope, and maintain a practical record of the enquiry and related business communication.

Form Processing

The form is delivered using Formspree, a third-party form-processing provider. Information submitted through the form is transmitted to Formspree and forwarded to Malabar’s approved email inbox. Formspree processes that information under its own service and privacy terms.

Retention & Sharing

Enquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, follow up, keep appropriate business records, or meet applicable obligations. Malabar does not sell enquiry information. It may be shared with service providers involved in website or email delivery, or where disclosure is required by law.

Your Choices
