Requirement-led industrial HVAC support

We support suitable projects in Silvassa, Vapi, Daman, Gujarat, and across India. Airflow, filtration, ventilation, available space, and service access are reviewed before the system scope is defined.

Planning An HVAC Project

Airflow Must Work With The Space.

The equipment, air path, filtration, controls, installation access, and maintenance needs should be considered as one practical system.

Airflow

Room use, occupancy, process needs, air changes, distribution, and pressure relationships shape the airflow requirement.

Filtration & Ventilation

Outdoor air and filtration needs are reviewed against the application rather than assumed from a standard unit.

Space & Routing

Equipment location, duct routes, structural constraints, noise considerations, and access affect the practical system layout.

Maintenance Access

Filter replacement, coil cleaning, drainage, controls, and service clearances need usable access after installation.

How The Scope Is Defined

  1. Discuss room use, operating conditions, and airflow objectives.
  2. Review layouts, utilities, duct routes, equipment space, and access.
  3. Define equipment, controls, ducting, installation, and commissioning boundaries.
  4. Deliver and hand over the agreed HVAC scope.

What To Share For A Quotation

  • Space use, dimensions, occupancy, and operating hours
  • Required airflow, temperature, filtration, or ventilation data if available
  • Existing drawings, duct routes, ceiling height, and site photographs
  • Available utilities, equipment location, and service access
  • Supply-only, installation, commissioning, or maintenance requirement

Typical Applications

  • Industrial work areas
  • Process and utility spaces
  • Commercial interiors
  • Ventilation and air distribution
  • Replacement or purpose-built AHUs

Practical FAQs

Questions Before An Enquiry

What makes an AHU custom?

The unit and its scope are configured around the required airflow, filtration, ventilation, space, access, and connection requirements rather than selected only by a standard label.

Can Malabar review an existing HVAC layout?

Yes. Share available drawings, photographs, operating issues, and equipment information for an initial scope discussion.

Are ducts and installation part of the scope?

They can be included where agreed. Equipment, ductwork, electrical, controls, civil work, and commissioning boundaries should be confirmed in the quotation.

Does every space need the same filtration?

No. Filtration should reflect the space and operating requirement. Any specific standard or process need should be shared before selection.
